Investors are finally being acknowledged for their impacts on short sale and REO flipping. As a short sale investor one of the objections commonly faced is whether or not our transaction is ethical and legal. This is where we as short sale and REO investors have to have the ability to convey how the industry has changed dramatically. Industry giants such as Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, Wells Fargo, and Attorney’s Title Services have all made press releases or internal underwriting requirements changes to support how investors that conduct and disclose flips the correct way play an important part to the recovery of the housing market.
